1. Not to bring or consume alcoholic beverages on the premises.
2. To clean the premises and place all refuse in containers provided by the Village.
3. To reimburse the Village for any damages to pavilion, buildings and /or equipment.
4. Not to start any ground fires
5. No personal property shall be on the premises other than during the rental period.
6. Absolutely NO parking vehicles on the grass. VIOLATERS WILL BE TICKETED.

I agree with the terms of service, I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Village of Cass City from any claim, demand, suit, loss, cost of expense, or any damage which may be asserted, claimed or recovered against or from the Village of Cass City by reason of any damage to property, personal injury or bodily injury, including death, sustained by any person whomsoever and which damage, injury or death arises out of or is incident to or in any way connected with the performance of this contract and regardless of which claim, demand, damage, loss cost of expense is caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the, see below
